Objective To compare intra cavity catheter directed thrombolysis and peripheral venous thrombolysis for the treatment of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis. Methods During January 2013 December to 2014,103 cases of DVT patients hospitalized with vascular surgery were collected(Among them,53 patients with catheter thrombolysis treatment,and 50 patients with venous thrombolysis treatment). Clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Limb thrombolysis rate and swelling rate,deep vein patency rate,recurrence rate of DVT,iliac venous occlusion rate,health questionnaire(SF-36)and the vein BBS-causes-anatomy-clinical pathologic physiology(CEAP)classification of the two groups were compared. Results Limb thrombolysis rate(72. 10 ± 8. 51)% ,limb middle thigh swelling rate(70. 12 ± 6. 31)% ,limb middle leg swell-ing rate(77. 35 ± 8. 11)% in catheter thrombolysis group significantly higher than those of the peripheral venous thrombolysis treatment group pa-tients(63. 25 ± 8. 67% 、62. 35 ± 6. 24% and 62. 16 ± 8. 25% )with statistical significant difference( P 0. 05). After 1 years of treatment,the quality of life of the two groups of patients(SF-36 score)were improved,and the endovascular treatment group increased significantly greater than the peripheral intravenous thrombolysis group,the difference was statistically significant( P 0.05);治疗后1年,两组患者生活质量(SF-36得分)均提高,且腔内导管溶栓治疗组提高幅度大于周围静脉溶栓治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 腔内导管溶栓治疗下肢深静脉血栓的近期及远期疗效均优于经周围静脉溶栓,值得推广应用.
