Objective To study the effects of fixed partial denture reconstruction on the chewing function and speech function of patients with severe wear denture deletion.Methods 88 cases patients with severe wear denture deletion from April 2014 to December 2015 were randomly divided into the observation group 45 cases and the control group 43 cases, the observation group received fixed partial denture repair and reconstruction, the control group received removable partial denture reconstruction.All patients were given oral metronidazole.Then clinical symptoms, chewing function, speech function were compared between two groups.Results After 3 months treatment, SBI, PLI, PD in the two groups were significantly lower than those before the repair (t=16.687~26.528, P<0.05), but there was no significant difference between the two groups.After 3 months, 6 months, 9 months and 12 months of repair, Masticatory efficiency of observation group were higher than that of control group (t=8.275~11.174, P<0.05).1 weeks after the repair, tongue feel comfortable, clear voice and pronunciation easily incidence and speech intelligibility of observation group were higher than that of control group (χ2=5.341~7.803, t=3.624, P<0.05).Conclusion Fixed partial denture reconstruction can improve the chewing function and speech function of patients with severe wear denture deletion and improve the quality of life.%目的 探讨甲硝唑联合固定义齿修复重建对重度磨损牙列缺失患者临床症状、咀嚼功能和语音功能的影响.方法 选择2014年4月至2015年12月收治的重度磨损牙列损失患者88例为研究对象,根据入院时间分为观察组45例和对照组43例.观察组接受固定义齿修复重建,对照组接受可摘性活动义齿修复重建.两组术前、术后均口服甲硝唑,比较两组临床症状、咀嚼功能、语音功能等指标.结果 修复3个月后,两组牙龈出血指数(SBI)、菌斑指数(PLI)、牙周袋探诊深度(PD)均明显低于修复前(t=16.687~26.528,P<0.05),但两组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);修复后3个月、6个月、9个月以及12个月时,观察组患者的咀嚼效率明显高于对照组(t=8.275~11.174,P<0.05);修复后1周时,观察组患者舌感觉舒服、语音清晰、发音轻松、语音清晰度明显高于对照组(χ2=5.341~7.803,t=3.624,P<0.05).结论 甲硝唑联合固定义齿修复重建能够改善重度磨损牙列缺失患者临床症状、咀嚼功能、语音功能,提高日常生活质量.
