应用磁共振3D-ASL技术检测脑血流灌注评估早期轻度认知功能障碍患者的预后

         

摘要

目的 探讨应用磁共振三维动脉自旋标记(3D-ASL)技术检测脑血流灌注评估早期轻度认知功能障碍患者预后的价值.方法 选取2014年5月至2016年5月收治的早期轻度认知功能障碍(MCI)患者30例,将这些患者作为MCI组,另选取同期进行体检的30例健康人员作为对照组,对两组人员的各脑区脑血流量(CBF)数值、MMSE评分和MoCA评分进行统计分析.结果 MCI组患者右额叶、左额叶、右颞叶、左颞叶、右颞顶交界、左颞顶交界、右顶叶、左顶叶、右海马、左海马的CBF数值均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),语言、延迟记忆、执行能力、注意力与计算力、命名、抽象思维、定向力评分及总分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 磁共振3D-ASL技术检测脑血流灌注能够将有效的影像学依据提供给临床以评估早期轻度认知功能障碍患者的预后.%Objective To explore the application of magnetic resonance 3-dimensional arterial spin labeling (3D-ASL) technique in detection of perfusion of cerebral blood flow for evaluation of prognosis of early mild cognitive impairment.Methods 30 patients with early mild cognitive impairment (MCI) in this hospital during May 2014 to May 2016 were selected for this study, they were allocated in MCI group, and 30 healthy persons for physical examination in this hospital were selected as control group.The findings of cerebral blood flow (CBF) in different cerebral regions, MMSE scores and MoCA scores of these two groups were statistically analyzed.Results The findings of CBF in right and left frontal lobes, right and left temporal lobes, right and left temporal parietal junctions, right numerical parietal, left parietal lobe, and right and left hippocampus in MCI group were significantly lower than those of control group (P<0.05).The delayed memory, language, executive ability, attention and calculation, named abstract thinking, orientation scores and total scores were significantly lower than those of control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of magnetic resonance 3D-ASL technique for detection of perfusion of cerebral blood flow can provide effective evidence for clinical evaluation of prognosis in patients with early mild cognitive impairment.
