固定耳穴贴压治疗临床护士睡眠障碍的疗效观察

摘要

目的:观察固定耳穴贴压治疗护士睡眠障碍的临床疗效.方法:将64例存在睡眠障碍的临床护士随机分为观察组(32例)、对照组(32例).对照组选择耳廓周边非穴位位置贴压耳豆治疗,观察组采用固定配穴位置贴压耳豆治疗,两组疗程均为1周,治疗前后应用亚健康中医证候测量量表和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)进行测定评分.结果:观察组睡眠障碍症状缓解的总有效率71.9％,对照组总有效率37.5％,观察组优于对照组(P＜0.05)；观察组中医临床症状改善的总有效率46.9％,对照组总有效率15.6％,观察组优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:固定耳穴贴压能显著改善睡眠障碍护士的睡眠质量,改善亚健康状态.%Objective: To approach the therapeutic effect of set Auricular Plaster Therapy for the treatment of sleep disorder of nurses. Methods:64 nurses with sleep disorders were randomized into two groups. 32 cases in the observed group, 32 cases in the control group. Conclusion : Auricular Plaster Therapy can significantly improve the quality of sleep disorder of nurses, and it can improve the sub - health state.
