艾炷灸治疗膝关节退行性骨关节炎的疗效观察

摘要

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of moxa - cone Moxibustion on Knee Osteoarthritis.Methods:A random control study program was adopted, and a control group was treated by acupuncture and a treatment group by moxa - cone moxibustion. Results: The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P ＜0. 01 ). Conclusion: Moxa- cone moxibustion can relieve pain,improve stability of joints and increase the therapeutic effect for the patients with knee osteoarthritis.%目的:探讨艾炷灸治疗膝关节退行性骨关节炎的临床疗效.方法:采用随机对照研究方案,对照组采用温针治疗,治疗组采用艾炷灸治疗.结果:两组疗效比较,艾炷灸组显愈率明显高于温针组(P<0.01).结论:艾炷灸疗法能有效缓解患者疼痛,改善关节稳定性,提高疗效.
