针刺对家兔骨折后不同时相膜内成骨的骨形态计量学参数的影响

摘要

Objective:To study the influence on bone histomorphometry parameters in intramembranous and ossification of rabbits with radius fracture in different phases of acupuncture. Methods: The rabbit models with right radius fracture were established, through acupuncturing bilateral Ganshu, Shenshu, Housanli and Qiansan-li,Sidu and Waiguan ,then the models were killed in different phases and made into samples, eventually bone histomorphometry parameters were analyzed with KSS image analyzing system. Results: During the early and medium phases after fracture, acupuncture resulted in more stimulation of bone configuration and transformation in rabbit models, however, there was no significance on these parameters during the last phase. Conclusion: Acupuncture has a certain effect on stimulating the callus formation in the early and medium phases but no influence on increasing the bone volume.%目的:研究针刺对家兔骨折后不同时相膜内成骨的骨形态计量学参数的影响.方法:建立家兔右侧桡骨骨折模型,针刺双侧肝俞、肾俞、后三里及对侧前三里、四渎、外关,在不同时相(骨折后1.5w、3w、5w)处死家兔,制作成骨痴标本,采用KSS image图像分析系统,测量膜内成骨的静态参数和动态参数.结果:在骨折早、中期,针刺促进家兔骨折膜内成骨的骨转换和骨形成,而在骨折后期,针刺对膜内成骨的骨组织形态计量学参数无明显影响.结论:针刺可以促进家兔骨折早期和中期膜内成骨骨痂形成的速度,但对骨量无明显影响.
