傍针刺治疗肱骨外上髁炎疗效观察

摘要

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of ancient proximal needling on lateral epicondylitis (tennis elbow).Methods:50 patients were randomly divided into the observation group(n =25) and the control group (n =25).The control group was treated with common acupuncture,and the observation group was given proximal acupuncture.12 times of the treatment was taken as one course.Scores of VAS and MEPS were compared before and after the treatment to evaluate curative effect in the two groups.Results:There were significant differences in the scores of VAS and MEPS between pre-treatment and post-treatment in the two groups,and the differences were statistically significant(P ＜0.01).The total effective rate was 96％ in the observation group,which was significantly higher than 88％ in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Proximal acupuncture has better clinical efficacy for lateral epicondylitis,which is superior to common acupuncture.It is worthy of clinical promotion with its simplicity,cheapness and high efficiency.%目的:观察古代傍针刺针法治疗肱骨外上髁炎的临床疗效.方法:将50例肱骨外上髁炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各25例.对照组以普通针刺疗法进行治疗,而治疗组给予傍针刺针法治疗,均针刺12次为一疗程,1个疗程后比较两组病例治疗前后视觉模拟评分(VAS)和Mayo肘关节功能评分(MEPS)并进行疗效评定.结果:两组病例治疗前后的VAS评分和MEPS比较,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.01).治疗组总有效率为96％,对照组为88％,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:傍针刺针法治疗肱骨外上髁炎有较好的临床疗效,且优于一般针刺疗法,其简便经济高效的优点值得在临床上推广.
