孙建华教授针刺治疗肠易激综合征学术思想探析

摘要

孙建华教授专注肠易激综合症的针刺治疗多年,认为肠易激综合征的中医病机关键是“脑神失调,肠腑失用”,提出了“调神健脾,通腑行滞”的治疗原则,并逐渐在临床实践中形成“调神健脾针刺法”.本研究通过对孙教授治疗肠易激综合征的学术思想进行探讨,从而为针灸治疗该疾病提供一种新的思路.%Professor SUN Jian-hua has years of experiences for treating irritable bowel syndrome (IBS),he considers the key pathogenesis of IBS is dysfunctions of the brain and disorders of the bowel in Chinese medicine.Therefore,the treatment principle,which is regulating the spirit and invigorating the spleen,smoothing the intestinal tract and removing the stagnation,has been put forward,and the acupuncture manipulation of regulating the spirit and invigorating the spleen is applied in clinical practice.This research discussed the thought of Professor SUN in the treatment of IBS,and provided new ideas for IBS with acupuncture.
