针刀松解夹脊穴配合深刺次髎穴治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效分析

摘要

目的:观察运用小针刀松解夹脊穴配合深刺次髎穴治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效.方法:根据相关诊断标准,取腰椎间盘突出症患者60例,随机分成治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例),治疗组实施小针刀治疗,对照组采用针刺治疗,对其症状改善及功能恢复情况进行评价.结果:经过治疗后,治疗组总有效率为93. 3％,优于对照组(83. 3％),差异具有统计学意义(P＜0. 05).两组患者治疗后JOA评分、VAS评分、ODI指数比较(P＜0. 05),有显著差异;两组组内治疗前后对比(P＜0. 05),有明显差异.结论:运用针刀松解夹脊穴配合深刺次髎穴方法治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效明显,操作简便,安全系数高,并发症少,患者乐于接受.%Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of debonding Jiaji points by acupotomy combined with deep-needling BL32 in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation (LDH). Methods:60 LDH patients were randomly divided into treatment group(n =30) and the control group(n =30). The treatment group was given acupotomy therapy, and the control group was treated with acupuncture. The improvement of symptoms and functional recovery were evaluated. Results:The total efficiency of the treatment group was 93. 3％, which was better than 83. 3％ of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P ＜0. 05). There were significant difference between the two group after the treatment in terms of JOA score, VAS score, and ODI index (P ＜0. 05); there were also significant difference between pre-treatment and post-treatment in each group (P ＜0. 05). Conclusion:The treatment of debonding Jiaji points combined with deep-needling BL32 has obvious curative effect, with its convenient operation, high safety, less complications, and high acceptance.
