基于C-D生产函数的建筑业技术进步贡献率测算

         

摘要

To meet the new normal of China’ s economic growth, the construction industry’ s growth rate is shifting from the rapid growth to the high-speed growth. And promoting technological progress is facing an important task for the construction industry, which is to shift the pattern of economic development from the extensive growth of scale and speed to the intensive growth of quality and efficiency. To a large extent, the level of technological progress contribution rate reflects the speed and quality of the construction industry, which has the reference significance on the understanding of the dynamic development of the industry and policy formulation. Therefore, this paper applied Cobb-Douglas model and Almon distributed lag model, and used Eviews software to analyze the historical data of 2001~2012 years, calculated the construction industry contribution rate of technological progress. The conclusion of this thesis is that the Construction Technology Progress Ratio is very low in China even though the 4 trillion investments have no significance on the technology advancement.%为适应经济增长新常态,建筑业增长速度正从高速增长转向中高速增长。推动技术进步是建筑业实现经济发展方式从规模速度型粗放增长转向质量效率型集约增长所面临的一项重要任务。技术进步贡献率的高低在很大程度上反映了建筑业发展的速度和质量,对了解行业发展动态和制定相关政策具有参考意义。本文应用C-D生产函数模型和阿尔蒙参数估计法,利用Eviews软件对2001~2012年的历史数据进行分析,测算出建筑业技术进步贡献率,证实了本世纪以来建筑业技术进步贡献率一直处于较低水平,反映出该行业技术进步缓慢,缺乏创新,尤其是4万亿的资本投入在一定程度上抑制了建筑业的技术进步。
