苍山三条溪中捕食线虫真菌资源调查研究

     

摘要

对苍山三条溪沉水腐木中捕食线虫真菌进行调查,并对中游和下游中的分布情况进行比较。方法:从苍山黑龙溪、灵泉溪、万花溪三条溪的中游、下游各采集腐木50份,总计腐木300份,进行捕食线虫真菌的分离与鉴定。结果:共分离出4属17种。其中腐木中的优势种是Arthrobotrys longiphorum和Dac-tylellina ellipsosporum。结论:苍山溪水腐木中有着丰富的捕食线虫真菌资源;溪水中游的捕食线虫真菌的多样性要远大于下游,下游受人为因素影响较大,溪水比中游浑浊且有生活垃圾及生活污水,可能是导致捕食线虫真菌分布量下降的主要原因。%Objective:To survey the resource of nematode -trapping fungi on submerged rotten wood from three streams of Cangshan and compare the distribution of nematode -trapping fungi between mid-stream and downstream. Methods:We collected 50 rotten wood from each part of creeks’middle and lower reaches of Cangshan—Black dragon creek,Lingquan creek and Wanhua creek,a total of rotten wood is 300,then to prey on separation and identification of nematode-trapping fungi. Results:A total of 4 genera 17 species were isolated. The dominant species of rotten wood are Arthrobotrys longiphorum and Dactylellina ellipsosporum. Conclusion:Freshwater rotten wood has a wealth resources of nematode-trapping fungi;the diversity of the nematode-trapping fungi in middle of brook is greater than the downstream’s,downstream are greatly influenced by human factors,whose streams is turbider than middle’s. What’s more,there are household garbage and sewage in the downstream,which maybe the main reason causing distribution’s de-crease of nematode-trapping fungi.
