Disk permanent magnet synchronous generator is widely used in small vertical axis wind power generation system due to its special structure and excellent performance.This paper introduces the disc permanent magnet synchronous generator’s structure and working principle.A 300W coreless disc permanent magnet synchronous generator has been designed.By using software Maxwell,a model combining the generator and load is established,and the static and transient simulation of no-load and load state is discussed.The paper focuses on performance of the generator when supplying DC load by three-phase uncontrolled rectifier bridge.The results provide theoretical basis for the optimal method of the generator.%盘式永磁同步发电机以其特殊的结构,优越的性能特点被广泛地应用于小型垂直轴风力发电系统中。介绍了盘式永磁同步发电机的结构及工作原理,初步设计了一台300 W的无铁心盘式永磁同步发电机,利用Maxwell软件建立电机与负载电路联合仿真模型,并对其进行静态与瞬态仿真,研究空载与负载状态下的电机性能,探讨电机经三相不可控整流桥接直流负载时的性能变化,为下一步优化设计方案提供了理论基础。
