中国特色社会主义文化强国建设的规律探讨

摘要

The universal laws of the construction of socialist cultural power with Chinese characteris-tics mainly include:the organic unity and change of cultural inheritance,reference and innovation;the combination of cultural undertakings’prosperity and cultural industries’development;the contri-bution that government,market and society make to culture;and the construction,completion,main-tenance and development of a cultural power.The special laws of the construction of socialist cultural power with Chinese characteristics mainly include the organic unity of economic efficiency and social benefits,the organic unity of the Party’s leadership,the masses’being main body and the talents’ creation.The laws are its inevitable,inherently intrinsic and necessary inner relationship.They are important keys to adhere to the developmental path of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics and to solidly promote the construction of cultural power.%中国特色社会主义文化强国建设的一般规律主要包括：文化传承、借鉴与创新有机统一变迁律；文化事业繁荣、文化产业发展两翼结构律；政府、市场与社会对文化的三维功能律；建设、建成、保持以及发展文化强国律。中国特色社会主义文化强国建设的特殊规律主要包括：经济效率与社会效益有机统一律；党的领导、群众主体、人才创造有机统一律。这些规律所固有的、本质的、必然的内在联系，是坚持中国特色社会主义文化发展道路，扎实推进文化强国建设的肯綮。
