为了促进传统小区管理方式的智能化发展,针对智慧小区的发展需求进行分析.基于BIM与物联网技术,设计小区管理系统信息库和智慧小区管理系统.%In order to improve the management of traditional residential,this paper carries on the requirement anal-ysis about the development of the intelligence community. Then, based on the technology of BIM and internet of things,the paper also builds the information bank of community management system and intelligence community management system.
