建筑绝热复合材料连接器的探讨

摘要

The standard building insulation systems are used by building materials. The article investigated a new type of building insulation system with composite connectors. Technology improvements of the composite connector were discussed:It is considered that using the vacuum infusion and intermittent production methods and the use of vacuum-assisted molding and pultrusion combination of the second forming method can improve the production technology of the connector. The needing to overcome technical problems was analyzed.%　　建筑材料正在逐步使用制式的建筑绝热系统，文章调研了一种新型建筑绝热系统复合材料连接器，探讨了复合材料连接器的技术改进措施：可以考虑采用真空灌注成型、间歇式生产的方法和采用真空辅助成型和拉挤成型相结合的方式，进行二次成型的方法改进连接器的制作技术，并对需要克服的技术难题进行了分析。
