车载式电力绝缘子清洗装置的设计及特点分析

     

摘要

This essay introduces a MDOF live vehicular high-voltage transmission line insulator cleaning device with the advantages of both mechanical and fluid drives. It overcomes the shortcomings of current insulator cleaning tech- nology in power industry and can realize dead-space free cleaning to ensure the insulation security of electrical e- quipment. In addition to its higher cleaning efficiency, it also emphasizes the recycling of the cleaning fluid to avoid environmental pollution. Moreover,it can eliminate the hidden danger of the pollution flashover of the external insu- lation of electrical equipment, help to steer anti-pollution flashover technology towards environmental protection and resource conservation and fill the gap in the cleaning technology in power industry.%介绍一种适用于330 kV及以下的多自由度车载式带电清洗绝缘子综合机械,它集机械传动与流体传动优势于一体,克服目前行业绝缘子清洗技术存在的不足,对处于空间一般位置状态下的绝缘子进行无死角清洗,使电气设备的绝缘水平控制在安全范围之内。该装置在提高清洗效率的基础上,同时考虑清洗液的回收,努力使装置对环境"零污染",消除电气设备外绝缘的污闪隐患,使防污闪技术向着环境友好型、资源节约型的目标发展,填补行业清洗技术的空白。
