在分析我国快递行业发展态势的基础上，以上海松江大学城为调研范围，针对当前大学城中收发快递所存在的问题，提出Q＆E（快速和简单）新型快递服务平台的建设方案，以开拓结合“网购”消费新模式和实物递送型式的新型衍生服务行业。%Based on the analysis of the developing trend of the express industry in China together with relevant sur- veys carried out in Songjiang University City of Shanghai, for the purpose of solving the existing problems in sending and receiving express deliveries there, this essay suggests building a new-type express service platform with the help of Q＆. E, to create a new-type derivative service industry which combines the ＂online shopping＂ consumption model with the physical delivery pattern.
