多通道并联回路型脉动热管运行特性的试验研究

     

摘要

A closed loop pulsating heat pipe (CLPHP) with parallel channels was developed based on improvement of typical CLPHP, with which an experimental setup was established so as to study and compare the operation performance of both typical and improved CLPHP under different heating conditions,taking acetone and ethanol as the working fluids. Results show that compared with typical CLPHP, the improved CLPHP with parallel channels has similar start-up characteristics, higher operational stability,less probability of dry-out phenomena, better heat-transfer performance, lower thermal resistance in operation and higher heat-transfer limit. The improved CLPHP with parallel channels with relatively low fluidfilling ratio (34%) has better heat-transfer performance than that with high fluid-filling ratio (51%,68%).%针对回路型脉动热管进行了管路结构形式调整,制作了多通道并联回路型脉动热管并建立试验系统,选用丙酮和无水酒精作为工质,在相近热力工况下通过试验考察多通道并联回路型脉动热管和典型回路脉动热管在不同加热工况下的运行情况,并进行比较.结果表明:多通道并联回路型脉动热管与典型回路型脉动热管具有相似的启动特征,但其在运行中具有更好的稳定性,不易出现干烧现象;其传热效果也优于典型回路型脉动热管,具有较低的运行热阻,低充液率(34%)时的传热效果优于高充液率(51%、68%)时,具有较高的传热极限.
