Variation of the content of some traceelements in tumor tissues is closely related tothe occurrence and development of the tumor.We observed and measured the Cu2+,Zn2+ and Mg2+ contents and Cu₂₊/Zn₂₊ ratioin 16 cases of gliomas.Ten of them weretaken from 10 male,6 from female,and theage of the patients ranged from 7 to 54 yearsold.The tumors used in the present studyare shown in Table 1.All the diagnosis of
