基于IMS的IPTV是三网融合的重要业务体现,其中频道切换延迟是影响用户体验质量(Quality of Experience)的关键衡量指标.分析频道切换延迟原因,提出一种双通道频道快速切换的方法来减少频道切换延迟,提高了用户体验质量.最后在ETSI TISPAN提出的基于IMS的IPTV架构上构建的原型上通过封装H.264视频编码的MPEG-2 TS格式的高清片源验证了方法的可行性.%IMS-based IPTV is a typical triple-play service, in witch channel switch delay is the key indicator of QoE ( Quality of users' Experience). The reasons for channel switching delay are analyzed, and then a Dual-channel Fast Channel Switch method is proposed to reduce channel switch delay, thus improve the quality of user experience. Finally, this method has been verified in the prototype which build upon ETSI TISPAN's IMS-based IPTV architecture, while the samples encoded with H. 264 and transported by MPEG-2 TS format were used as the testing media.
