复杂社会网络中主题驱动的社团演化

摘要

异构性、结构性和动态性是复杂社会网络的本质特征,研究网络的社团结构有助于发现复杂网络中的信息传播规律、热点话题和权威用户.网络成员参与的主题讨论是导致社团演化的重要因素,而社团变化又带来社团主题变迁,研究主题引导下的社团结构演化,对基于社交的商品推荐、热点预测等问题有重要现实意义.针对主题驱动的社团演化问题,详细讨论了复杂网络节点关系和紧密度,以及社团发现算法,阐述了主题分析模型和主题驱动的社团演化趋势.详细分析了这些工作在复杂网络中主题和社团推演问题方面的主要贡献和存在的不足,并讨论了未来发展方向和关键问题.%Heterogeneity,structure and dynamic change are the essential characteristics of complex social network,which lead to theme driven community evolution.Research on community evolution can help find the hot topics,authority users and the rule of information propagation.Among multiple factors,user participated themes take an important role in community evolution,while at the same time the change of community results in theme shift.In this paper,we review the related works on the theme based community evolution problem,which is meaningful for many practical applications,such as commodity recommendation,hotspot prediction and etc.We first discuss the research works on node relationship and tightness in complex networks,as wellas community discovery algorithms.We also discuss the theme finding methods and analyze theme based community evolution algorithms.We investigate the contributions of the existing methodsin solving theinteraction problem between theme shift and community evolution in complex network,as well as some unsolved topics.Finally,we discuss some future research directions and the challenges.
