Relative Factors for Rice Crackle During Drying

Abstract: The crackle of rice emerges frequently during drying from heatingpower. Various factors affecting rice crackle were analysed and discussed. Itshowed that the effective way to reduce the rice drying crackle should beproper drying temperature and speed as well as rational drying technology.
