试论朱德提高领导干部素质的思想

摘要

朱德提高领导干部素质的思想内容比较丰富,具体表现在政治素质、思想素质、理论素质和业务素质等方面。在中国革命和建设事业中,朱德教育、培养和任用了许多领导干部,积累了干部队伍建设的经验。提出了一系列符合中国实际情况和特点的干部队伍建设的主张。这些主张,对推进党的建设和干部队伍建设有重要的借鉴作用。%Zhu De＇s thought of improving the quality of leading cadres is very rich,specificly embodying the political quality,ideological quality,theory quality and professional quailty.During the course of Chinese revolution and construction,Zhu De educated,trained and appointmented many leading cadres,thus accumulated lots of experiences in the construction of cadres.He proposed a series of proposals for the construction of cadres which were in line with China＇s actual conditions and characteristics.Theses proposals are important references for promoting the construction of the CPC and the ranks of cadres.
