To satisfy the QoS requirements of individual users and improve efficient utilization of network resources at the same time, a novel service model and bandwidth dynamic allocation mechanism is proposed. It is composed of core and edge routers based on a distribution allotation structure. The core routers can monitor bandwidth availability and periodically report this information to ingress routers. The ingress routers perform a dynamic tracking of the effective number of active connections and their actual sending rate, and then perform a periodical re - allocation of unused bandwidth. Simulations show that the proposed dynamic bandwidth allocation algorithm exceeds other allocation model in respect of average packet delay.%为了满足个人用户的QoS需求和提高网络资源的有效利用,本文提出了一种新的服务模型和带宽动态分配机制.它基于一种分布式分配结构,由中心和边缘路由器构成.中心路由器监测可用带宽并周期性地把监测到的可用带宽信息报告给入口路由器;入口路由器对主动连接的有效数量和实际发送速率实行动态跟踪,周期性地将未使用的带宽重新分配.仿真表明,本文提出的动态分配模型在平均包延时方面都优于其他分配模型.
