热流体循环防蜡工艺数值模拟及参数优选

             

摘要

The mathematical model of hot fluids circulation for temperature distribution of produced fluid and hot fluid was set up based on energy conservation theorem and heat transfer theory. According to the semi-implicit boundary conditions and single point shooting principle, an efficient and accurate method was proposed to solve the mathematical model. Based on the numerical solution, a parameter optimization model was developed. The minimum flow rate or injection temperature was taken as the objective function in the model, taking produced fluid temperature being not less than wax precipitation temperature as the constraints. The shooting method was introduced to quickly solve the optimization problem. The results show that the shooting method obviously saves time for numerical simulation and optimization design. Furthermore, the optimized result realizes the best techno-economic indexes and improves production capacity and economic benefits.%依据能量守恒定理和传热学原理建立热流体循环采油工艺中产液和热流体温度分布的数学模型,依据方程组的半隐式边界条件,结合单点打靶原理,提出一种高效准确的求解方法.以循环流量或注入温度最低为目标,以产液温度不低于析蜡温度为约束条件,建立井筒热流体循环工艺的优化模型,并引入打靶原理对优化模型进行求解.结果表明:新求解方法克服了多点打靶法或共轭函数法的数值不稳定和失真、二分法费时以及差分方程迭代法精度较低的缺点;在计算上大大节省了数值模拟及参数优化设计时间,在工艺上实现了最佳技术经济指标.
