A Study of Transform Encoding Using Frequency Spectrum Selection in 3D-DCT for Sequence Image

This paper puts forward the concept of laminar encoding based on frequency spectrum selection in 3D-DCT of sequence image. And the pattern of laminar encoding is suitable for the demands of the development of current communication. So this method is very useful in video communication and has wide prospect.
