基于谐波分析的MOA阻性泄漏电流测量方法研究

摘要

在详细分析MOA泄漏电流的基础上，给出了基于谐波分析的在线测量其阻性泄漏电流的方法，并讨论了相应的判断MOA劣化状态的方法.%Based on analyzing the MOA's leakage current and on harmonic analysis.A method of on-line detecting MOA's resistence leakage current is proposed.And the method of judging MOA degradation condition is discussed also.
