The city and countryside water affairs integration is a new management system in China; and water affairs integration management statistics is a part of national water resources statistics. Water affairs statistics is a basic means of water affairs management; it would show the comprehensive conditions of national city and countryside water affairs integration management, aggregate basic data and assist decision-making. Based on the principle of index design, the index system of water affairs integration management is determined. Evaluation standard of water affairs statistics indexes are drawn up by national annual report of water affairs statistics. Statistics indexes are divided into three levels; and weights are calculated level by level. To evaluate indexes of water affairs management statistics, data of Hebei province and Chongqing municipality are chosen as typical cases. Finally, the evaluation results are analyzed.%城乡水务一体化在我国是一种全新的管理体制,水务一体化管理统计是国家水利统计的一项工作.作为水务行业管理的基础手段,水务统计可以全面反映全国城乡水务一体化管理状况,汇总基础数据,辅助领导决策.在遵循指标设计原则的基础上,确定了水务一体化管理统计指标体系,根据全国水务统计年报,制定水务统计指标评价标准.使用层次分析法将统计指标分为3层,逐层计算比较得到各指标的权重值.选取河北省和重庆市作为典型进行水务管理统计指标评价,并对评价结果进行分析.
