生物质再燃脱除NO的实验研究

     

摘要

利用固定床反应器进行了稻壳、玉米秆及污泥3种生物质再燃脱除NO的实验,分析了生物质燃料种类、再燃区温度及氧浓度对再燃脱硝效果的影响.结果表明生物质种类对再燃脱硝效果有很大影响,挥发分含量高的生物质会取得更好的脱硝效果.实验工况范围内,稻壳、玉米秆和污泥所取得的最大再燃脱硝效率分别为87.62%、84.57%和60.34%;当再燃区温度从700℃上升至1100℃时,再燃脱硝效率会随着再燃区温度的升高而增大;而随着再燃区氧浓度的增大,再燃脱硝效率会变差.%The nitrogen oxide (NO) reduction experiments of biomass reburning with three kinds of biomass,i.e.rice husk,corn straw and sewage sludge,were carried out on a fixed bed reactor.The influence of biofuel kinds,reburning zone temperature and O2 concentration on NO reduction efficiency is discussed.It is found that the biomass with high volatile could achieve high NO reduction efficiency.The maximum reduction efficiencies of 87.62% 、84.57% and 60.34% were achieved by rice husk,corn straw and sewage sludge respectively under the experimental conditions.The NO reduction efficiency increased by reburning zone temperature rising from 700℃ to 1100℃.The increasing O2 concentration in reburning zone,the NO reduction efficiency decreased.
