中药参附黄蒲汤治疗脾胃虚寒证胃痛临床分析

Objective To investigate the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine Shenfu Huangpu soup in the treatment of stomachache of spleen deficiency syndrome. Methods 74 patients with stomachache of spleen deficiency syndrome in our hospital between January 2012 and December 2013 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, and 37 patients were in each. The observation group received oral Shenfu Huangpu soup, while the control group received oral Huangqi Jianzhong soup. The efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results The cure rate and total effective rate in observation group were 54.1%and 97.3%, significantly higher than 504%and 78.4%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine Shenfu Huangpu soup in the treatment of stomachache of spleen deficiency syndrome has a significant effect and fewer adverse reactions.%目的：探讨中药参附黄蒲汤治疗脾胃虚寒证胃痛的疗效。方法选取2011年1月～2013年12月我院诊治的脾胃虚寒证胃痛患者74例，随机分为观察组与对照组，各37例，观察组予以口服中药参附黄蒲汤，对照组予以口服黄芪建中汤，比较两组的疗效。结果观察组的治愈率和治疗总有效率分别为54.1%、97.3%，高于对照组的40.5%、78.4%，差异具统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论中药参附黄蒲汤用于治疗脾胃虚寒证胃痛疗效显著，不良反应少。
