益气活血方预防髋部骨折术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的临床分析

摘要

目的：探讨益气活血方对髋部骨折术后下肢深静脉血栓形成（DVT）的预防作用。方法收集2008年1月～2012年12月，接受手术治疗的髋部骨折患者106例，随机分为观察组与对照组，各53例，对照组常规应用低分子肝素钙治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上予以益气活血方口服，比较两组的凝血功能指标、DVT及不良反应发生率。结果两组治疗后FIB以及D-Dimer均显著降低，PT及APTT均显著延长，观察组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组的DVT发生率为3.77%，显著低于对照组的16.98%；观察组的不良反应发生率为0，与对照组的3.77%差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论益气活血方可显著改善髋部骨折手术患者的凝血功能，预防术后DVT发生，不良反应少，值得推广应用。%Objective To investigate the effect of Yiqi Huoxue Fang on deep venous thrombosis(DVT)of lower extremity after surgery for hip fracture. Methods 106 cases of hip fracture patients underwent surgery from January 2008 to December 2012 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 53 cases in each group.The control group received low molecular weight heparin treatment, the observation group received orally Yiqi Huoxue Fang on the basis of control group, the coagulation parameters, the incidence of DVT and adverse reactions in the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the FIB and D-Dimer in the two groups were significantly lower, PT and APTT were significantly prolonged. Observation group and control group was significant difference(P 0.05). Conclusion Yiqi Huoxue Fang can significantly improve the coagulation function of patients undergoing hip fracture, prevent the occurrence of postoperative DVT, and has less adverse reactions. It should be widely applied.
