呼吸机治疗新生儿呼吸衰竭的临床与护理分析

摘要

Objective To analyze the observation and nursing on Ventilator treatment of neonatal respiratory failure.Method 70 cases of neonatal with respiratory failure from May 2012 to May 2014 in our hospital were randomly selected as research object. All neonatal were treated with ventilator and nursing, the clinical effect were observed.Result There were 48 cases markedly, 19 cases improvement, 3 cases no effect, no death.Conclusion Ventilator treatment of neonatal respiratory failure is safety and effect, and has worthy of clinical application,proper nursing is important to increase the success rate of ventilator therapy.%目的：探讨呼吸机治疗新生儿呼吸衰竭的临床与护理效果。方法选取2012年5月～2014年5月期间我院收治的70例呼吸衰竭新生儿作为研究对象，对所有患儿予以呼吸机治疗和护理，观察患儿临床治疗效果。结果本组患儿治疗显效者48例（68.6%），好转19例（27.1%），无效3例（4.3%），无死亡患儿。结论呼吸机治疗新生儿呼吸衰竭安全有效，护理与治疗成功与否关系密切，精心护理对提高呼吸机治疗的成功率具有重要意义。
