心脑宁胶囊治疗神经性耳鸣的疗效观察

摘要

目的：观察心脑宁胶囊对于缺血性神经性耳鸣的疗效。方法将76例患者随机分为2组，心脑宁胶囊组应用B族维生素联合心脑宁胶囊，复方丹参片组应用B族维生素联合复方丹参片进行治疗。治疗14 d后，评价两组的疗效。结果心脑宁组耳鸣缓解率81.6%，复方丹参片组耳鸣缓解率仅为47.4%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论心脑宁联合B族维生素治疗神经性耳鸣效果优于常用药物复方丹参片联合B族维生素的治疗方案，值得临床应用推广。%Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of the Xinnaoning capsule for the treatment of ischemic nerve tinnitus. Methods 76 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. A group of vitamin B combined with Xinnaoning capsule application in 38 cases of nervous tinnitus patients. Another group of vitamin B combined with Compound Salvia Tablet application in 38 cases of nervous tinnitus patients. Results The rate of tinnitus in the Xinnaoning capsule was 81.6%,and the remission rate was only 47.4%. Conclusion Treatment of Xinnaoning group B combined drugs commonly used vitamin treatment effect is better than that of nervous tinnitus Compound Salvia Tablet combined with vitamin B. It is worthy of clinical application.
