目的：对中成药处方的临床合理性进行研究，总结干预措施。方法收集2015年4月～2016年4月门诊、住院部所开具中成药处方共1250张作为调查对象进行回顾分析。结果不合理应用处方共43张，不合理应用率为3.44%（43/1250）。不合理处方构成情况显示：中成药处方临床应用中存在的问题以不遵循辨证论治原则为主，共23张，构成比为53.49%（23/43），显著高于其他问题构成比，对比差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论目前，临床在对中成药处方中还存在一定问题，包括不遵循辨证论治原则、与西药不合理配伍、中成药不合理联用以及滋补性中药滥用等问题，需引起临床药师的高度重视，并通过积极有效的药学干预以提高中成药处方的合理水平。%Objective To study the clinical rational use of Chinese medicine patent prescription and summarize the intervention measures.Methods a retrospective analysis was made on the 1 250 sheets of Chinese medicine patent prescriptions of the outpatient and inpatient department of our hospital from April 2015 to April 2016.Results Irrational prescriptions were 43, and the unreasonable application rate was 3.44%(43/1250). Unreasonable prescription composition display:Not follow the dialectical principle is the major problem existing in the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine patent prescription, a total of 23, constitute ratio 53.49%(23 / 43), which was significantly higher than that of other issues constitute ratio(P<0.05).Conclusion In the current clinical application of prescription of traditional Chinese medicine still exist some problems, including does not follow the dialectical principle of treatment, western medicine and unreasonable compatibility, Chinese medicine is not reasonable, and tonic medicine abuse problems, and pharmacists should pay close attention to these problems to improve the level of rational use of Chinese medicine patent.
