Objective To investigate the effects of Lutai capsule and soft capsule on relieving pains and to provide experimental evidence for clinical application of different preparations of deer's placenta. Methods By imitating clinical administration route and method, the mice were taken orally respectively high and low dose of Lutai capsule and Lutai soft capsule. Thirty days later, we observed and compared the effects of two preparations on relieving abdominal inflammatory pain caused by acetic acid and dysmenorrhea induced by oxytocin and on uterus histopathology. Results Compared to the pain model group,both the high dosage and low dosage of Lutai can significantly reduce the body torsion speed of inflammatory pain of mice models induced by acetic acid and the dysmenorrhea mice models induced by oxytocin.,and the analgesic effect of the high and low dosage groups is different. Conclusion Both Lutai capsule and Lutai soft capsule could relieve different types of pathological pain reactions and have no effect on uterus histopathology of mice.%目的 观察鹿胎胶囊与鹿胎软胶囊缓解小鼠腹腔炎性疼痛及痛经性疼痛的作用,为临床应用不同鹿胎制剂提供实验依据.方法 通过拟临床给药途径与方法,对雌性小鼠分别口服给予高、低剂量的鹿胎软胶囊制剂和鹿胎胶囊制剂,30 d后观察两种制剂对醋酸诱导腹腔炎性疼痛及缩宫素诱发的痛经性疼痛、子宫组织病理学改变与差异.结果 与疼痛模型组比较,鹿胎高剂量组及低剂量组均可显著降低醋酸诱导的炎性疼痛小鼠模型及缩宫素诱发的痛经小鼠模型平均扭体次数,同种药物的高低剂量组之间的镇痛效果也存在统计学差异(P＜0.05).结论 鹿胎胶囊和鹿胎软胶囊可有效缓解不同类型病理性疼痛反应,且不影响投药小鼠子宫组织的病理学改变.
