试析邓小平率红七军在赣南崇义开展的群众工作

摘要

Deng Xiaoping worked and fought for 4 years in south Jiangxi from 1931 to 1934 . On the ground throughout south Jiangxi spread his footprints of hard struggle and stories about his mass work. Working in Chongyi was an important part of Deng Xiaoping’s experiences in south Jiangxi,and also an important period for his exploring in mass work. Deng Xiaoping employed diverse methods to lead the Seventh Red Army to carry out the mass work in Chongyi:first,bring the role of army into full play in the field of mass work;second,bring the roles of local party organizations and governments into full play;third,firmly grasp the objectives and tasks of mass work;and fourth,pay attention to the continuity of mass work. In addition,he actively enlarged the influ-ences of the Party and the Red Army by mass work,and brought the core leading role of party organizations in mass work into full play. These practices inspire us a lot for the mass work of today.%邓小平1931年至1934年曾在赣南工作、战斗4年。赣南大地留下了他艰苦奋斗的足迹，也留下了他开展群众工作的事迹。崇义工作期间是邓小平在赣南很重要的一段经历，也是他探讨开展群众工作的一个重要时期。邓小平率领红七军在赣南崇义开展群众工作的方法很多：一是充分发挥部队做群众工作的作用；二是充分发挥地方党组织和政府的作用；三是牢牢掌握群众工作的目标和任务；四是注意群众工作的长期性。此外，还积极通过群众工作扩大党和红军的影响，并在群众工作中充分发挥党组织的核心领导作用。这些做法，对我们今天做好群众工作仍有许多启示。
