静电纺纳米纤维素纤维膜的结构与性能表征

     

摘要

从废旧涤棉混纺面料中提取出纤维素,将得到的纤维素粉末与PVA、NaCl配成纺丝液,通过静电纺丝法制备出纳米纤维素纤维膜.利用扫描电镜、红外光谱、热学性能等对纤维素膜进行基本的性能测试,结果发现,存在三种形态结构的纤维:串珠状结构纤维、缎带状结构纤维、常规形态纤维;红外光谱图具有明显的纤维素和PVA的特征;在280℃~500℃时,样品重量下降最明显,且在322.5℃时分解速率达到最大值509.1μg/min.%The cellulose was extracted from the waste polyester/cotton blended fabrics, and the obtained cellulose powder was blended with PVA and NaCl to make a spinning solution.The nano cellulose fiber membrane was prepared by electrostatic spinning.The fiber membranes were characterized by scanning electron microscopy,infrared spectroscopy and thermal properties analysis.The results showed that there were three forms of fiber such as the beaded structure fiber,the ribbon like structure fiber and the conventional form fiber.The in-frared spectroscopy of the fiber membranes had obvious characteristics of cellulose and PVA.At 280℃-500℃, the weight of the sample dropped most obvious, and the decomposition rate reached the maximum value of 509.1μg/min at 322.5℃.
