高速 CNC 机床集成监控系统的开发

         

摘要

针对高速数控机床复杂工况中的实际需求和应用,设计并开发高速 CNC 机床复杂性作业下集成监控系统。介绍了高速数控车削加工复杂工况集成监控系统的软硬件研发过程,主要研发工作包括多传感器实时监控模块、机器视觉模块,并将该系统无缝嵌入840D/828D 数控系统,使其一体化运行,保证高速车削加工过程的生产安全、加工质量和加工效率。%In view of the actual demand of complex working condition of high speed nc machine tools and applications, integrated monitoring and control system are designed and developed by using the complexity of high speed CNC machine tool operation.This paper introduces the working condition of turning processing with high speed numerical control for complex integrated monitoring and control system hardware and software development process, the main research work includes multi-sensor real-time monitoring module, machine vision module, and embedding the system seamless 840D /828D numerical control system, it uses its integrated operation, ensures the safety of high speed turning processing production, the processing quality and processing efficiency.
