承德市产业聚集区的环境问题分析与对策

The environmental problems are the biggest trouble in the development of industrial areas in Chengde. The paper analyses the constructing resource conservation and environment-friendly ecological industry. Based on the regional environmental characteristics and development situation in Chengde, the countermeasures are provided.%基于承德市产业集聚区建设的发展现状，分析了承德市产业集聚区建设存在的主要环境问题，结合承德市区域环境特点及发展现状，以构建资源节约、环境友好的新型生态产业集聚体系为目标，遵循科学发展观的客观规律，提出了解决承德市本地区的产业集聚区环境问题的对策措施。
