承德市新农村建设评价指标体系的研究及应用

摘要

承德市的新农村建设工作已经过去五年,准确评估新农村建设的实现程度对承德政府把握现在、规划未来具有重要意义。通过大量调查,设计了评估承德市新农村建设实现程度评价指标体系,并以此综合评估承德地区新农村建设情况,为今后承德市新农村建设工作指明方向。%New-type rural construction has been carried out for five years in Chengde,Hebei.Accurate assessment of the degree of realization is significant for the government of Chengde to understand the present situation and plan for the future.Through a lot of investigation,this paper designs the evaluation system of the degree of implementation of new-type rural construction,evaluates the present situation of new-type rural construction,and then guides the future new-type rural construction in Chengde.
