QPQ复合盐浴处理中渗氮温度对35钢渗层形貌和表面性能的影响

         

摘要

QPQ复合盐浴处理技术是一种金属表面化学热处理技术,多年来该技术在国内制造行业得到广泛应用,经QPQ技术处理后的零部件表面可获得良好的耐磨、耐蚀及抗疲劳性.主要研究了渗氮温度对35钢表面性能的影响,从而确定最佳渗氮温度,为实际生产提供工艺参考.结果表明:化合物层深度随渗氮温度的升高而增加,但是化合物层中疏松层厚度也在增加;不同渗氮温度下的渗层截面硬度均呈现先增大后减小的趋势,硬度峰值出现在试样次表层,并且随着温度的升高,硬度峰值有远离表面的趋势;渗氮温度为575℃时试样表面显示了良好的综合性能.%QPQ complex salt bath treatment is a kind of surface chemical heat treatment technology, which has been popular in the domestic manufacture industry for many years. Through it, excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance and fatigue resistance can be expected on the surface of the workpiece. The relationship between the surface properties of 35 steel and nitrided temperature was studied to provide the best nitrided temperature parameters for real production. The results show that the entire layer of sample increases gradually with the nitrided temperature) meanwhile the loose area in compound layer also increases, which is unbeneficial to improve the surface properties, sample nitrided at 575℃ shows optimum comprehensive performance.
