基于欧Ⅴ排放标准的发动机管理技术

摘要

The direct injection combustion system of stratified lean-burn gas mixture is very important for the performance and the emissions of vehicles.With German Bosch engine management system as an ex-ample,the composition,the principle and the technical characteristics of the engine management system has been introduced.Various engine working parameters are obtained with different sensors at work,and fuel in-jection and ignition timing are precisely controlled according to the pre-set control program of the engine control unit so as to achieve the best in terms of power,economy and emission in various working condi-tions.This research is significant as a guiding direction in reality, especially for the increasingly stringent context for emission and after-sale service.%分层稀燃混合气的汽缸内直喷式燃烧管理系统对于车辆的使用性能及其排放至关重要，以德国博世发动机管理系统为例，介绍了发动机管理系统的组成、原理和技术特点，在工作中利用不同的传感器获得的各种发动机工作参数，按控制单元中设定的控制程序，精确地控制喷油和点火正时，使发动机在各种工况下获得最佳动力性、经济性和排放特性，尤其对于日趋严格的排放要求和售后服务，具有现实的指导意义。
