目前,垃圾焚烧温度控制一般采用传统PID控制,其中的积分环节在短时间内系统输出会有较大偏差,最终可能会引起系统较大的超调,控制效果不理想。为了避免传统PID控制的缺点,采用Fuzzy-PID控制,对水泥窑垃圾焚烧系统进行温度控制,以达到提升温度控制性能的效果,避免或尽量避免二英的产生。%The temperature control system of waste burning within cement kiln generally uses PID con-trol that involves an integral part,leading to greater deviations in a short time and major overshooting by the system,which always result in undesirable temperature control. In order to make up for this defect,this paper adopts Fuzzy-PID to control temperature system of waste burning within cement kiln,which achieves a very good effect while avoiding or decreasing the production of Dioxin.
