基于Fuzzy-PID控制水泥窑垃圾焚烧系统设计

摘要

目前，垃圾焚烧温度控制一般采用传统PID控制，其中的积分环节在短时间内系统输出会有较大偏差，最终可能会引起系统较大的超调，控制效果不理想。为了避免传统PID控制的缺点，采用Fuzzy-PID控制，对水泥窑垃圾焚烧系统进行温度控制，以达到提升温度控制性能的效果，避免或尽量避免二英的产生。%The temperature control system of waste burning within cement kiln generally uses PID con-trol that involves an integral part,leading to greater deviations in a short time and major overshooting by the system,which always result in undesirable temperature control. In order to make up for this defect,this paper adopts Fuzzy-PID to control temperature system of waste burning within cement kiln,which achieves a very good effect while avoiding or decreasing the production of Dioxin.
