一种配电网对地电容精确测量新方法

         

摘要

This paper firstly analyzes the importance of the accurate measurement of the power system on the ground capacitance of the safe operation, and then analyzes the equivalent circuit after the occurrence and disap-pearance of single-phase grounding, and on this basis derives an expression of the zero-sequence voltage after a single-phase ground fault disappears. Summed up by the observation of the expression of the zero-sequence volt-age oscillation frequency (period) and the system capacitance to ground relationship, this relationship can be used for accurate measurement system capacitor. The proposed method can be used in Matlab / Simulink to build simulation models. The simulation result shows that the proposed method can accurately measure the size of the system capacitance to the ground.%分析了电力系统对地电容的精确测量对系统安全运行的重要性及单相接地发生和消失后的等效电路,在此基础上推导了单相接地故障消失后零序电压的表达式。总结了零序电压振荡频率(周期)与系统对地电容的关系,并据此关系推出了可用于精确测量系统对地电容的方法。最后通过在Matlab/Simulink中搭建仿真模型,对所提方法进行了验证,仿真结果表明,所提方法可精确地测量系统对地电容的大小。
