摘要

The TV business is growing fast under the new model of separating the program production and broadcasting.The industry has become extremely competitive since a lot of small companies joined into the business, which exerted a huge pressure on the survival of the small local network.Changsha Broadcasting Group embraced the difficulty and turned the challenges into opportunities by forming a regional media alliance, emphasizing talent management, focusing on high quality programs, and actively responding to criticism.The focus on both the audiences and the innovative operation of the network leads to the success of the Changsha broadcasting group.%在制播分离时代,电视文化产业蓬勃发展,各类文化产业公司进军传媒产业,行业竞争压力不断增大,地方电视频道面临巨大的生存发展困境.长沙广播电视集团在面对困境时,通过打造地域媒体联盟、创新团队培养机制、树立精品节目意识,积极应对外部环境,并以此为发展契机,走出了一条从民生到民"营"的产业转型道路.
