边缘检测技术在角钢冲孔在线检测中的应用

摘要

This paper introduces a means of processing the punching on angle steel which can accurately detect the edge.First,processing the picture by median filtering and then converts image to binary image,at last,getting the punching edge by Canny Edge Detection.The result of experiment proves that arithmetic can get the result of punching efficaciously.%在角钢冲孔的在线检测过程中,边缘检测是十分重要的一环,边缘检测的准确性将直接影响到后续的分析和装配精度.本文主要分析了Canny算子的特征,应用标准以及在角钢冲孔在线检测中的应用.通过中值虑波,二值化,边缘检测,边缘特征控制最终获得的冲孔边缘近似于标准冲孔,满足试验的要求.
