本文针对WCDMA数据业务的长春部分区域KPI指标较差、下载速率低等问题，对WCDMA网络的数据业务定期功能和性能的核查，及时分析出数据业务功能的使用情况，对各项性能、参数和资源配置进行了解，确保用户使用数据业务时功能和业务性能的提升。本文对中国联通WCDMA网络数据业务的KPI指标进行优化，对影响WCDMA网络数据业务的各种原因进行分析，采取相关措施来解决问题，提升了WCDMA网络数据业务。%This paper mainly study on the problem of low download speed in some area in Changchun. It could analyse the data business functions and the condition of the parameters and resource configuration by examining the function and performance of data business on WCDMA network regularly through enhancing the performance of the optimized data services and the user perception. And it could ensure that the data business functions and performance were normal when the user used the data business. The key technology of the China Unicom's WCDMA network data services were comprehensive introduced in this paper. The reasons which influenced on the WCDMA network data services were anal-ysed. The optimization ideas on the WCDMA network data business were summarized. Some measures were taken to solve these problems.
