环带式全景光学系统的小型化设计

         

摘要

in order to obtain large field of view and the panoramic image of the pipe wall is obtained,Based on planar cylindrical projection method,a panoramic annular lens which can be used for peripheral vision is designed.The system consists of triplet PAL lenses and a relay lens set,designed by setting the stop in the center of the PAL lens.Large field light passes through the reflection and refraction of the PAL lens to become near axis rays,The relay lens set projects the virtual image of the PAL lens onto the CCD. The design results require that the focal length of the sys-tem is -1.75mm,and the number of F is 2.16,the field of view is(±40°~± 95°)×360°,the working wavelength of the lens is 486nm~656nm,The total length of the final system is 16.2mm,meetting the design requirements of less than 20mm.The system design of miniaturization is realized.The modulation transfer function value of each field of view is greater than 0.4 when the spatial frequency is 227lp/mm,the system has good imaging quality and meets the appli-cation requirements.%为了获得大视场的管道内壁全景成像,基于平面圆柱投影法,设计了一种可用于周视的环带式全景镜头.系统由三胶合PAL镜头和中继镜组构成,通过设置PAL镜头中心光阑的方式进行设计;大视场光线通过PAL镜头的反射和折射后,出射光成为近轴光线,中继镜组再将PAL镜头所成的虚像成像到探测器上.设计结果为:系统焦距为-1.75mm,F数为2.16,视场为(±40°~± 95°)×360°,系统工作波段为486nm~656nm,总长为16.2mm.满足设计要求,系统长度小于20mm,实现小型化系统设计.系统各视场传递函数值在空间频率为227lp/mm时均大于0.4,成像质量良好,满足使用要求.
