Objective To study the effect of pueraria injection on thrombosis formation, cerebral ischemia and platelet aggregation in Rats. Method: The pueraria injection was given to the rats after randomization. The experimental model of thrombosis formation was established by the blood flow bypass between carotid artery and external jugular vein. The model of acute incompletecerebral ischemia was established by ligating the bilateral carotid artery. The model of platelet aggregation was induced by ADP. Result: The pueraria injection could decrease the wet weight and dry weight of thrombosis, reduce the area of cerebral infarction,cerebral index and cerebral water content,and inhibit the platelet aggregation induced by ADP. Conclusion : The pueraria injection could decrease thrombosis formation and protect cerebral ischemia through inhibiting the platelet aggregation. It provided the scientific data for the further application in clinical practices.%目的:观察葛根注射液对大鼠血栓形成、脑缺血及血小板聚集的影响.方法:将大鼠随机分组后给予葛根注射液,通过颈总动脉-颈外静脉血流旁路造成大鼠血栓形成模型,通过结扎双侧颈总动脉造成大鼠急性不完全性脑缺血模型,并用ADP诱导血小板聚集.结果:葛根注射液能减少血栓的湿重及干重,能降低大鼠脑缺血模型的脑梗死面积、脑指数、脑含水量,并能抑制ADP诱导的血小板聚集.结论:葛根注射液能通过抑制血小板聚集起到减少血栓形成及保护脑缺血的作用,为其进一步临床应用提供了科学根据.
