目的：观察自制中药口腔护理方在脑出血术后气管切开患者（痰热互结证）口腔护理中的应用效果。方法将60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，各30例，治疗组采用中医辨证后予中药口腔护理，对照组用2.5％碳酸氢钠做口腔护理，观察2组在口腔护理后第5、10天口臭、口干、舌苔、口腔菌种及数量的变化情况。结果口腔护理后第5、10天，治疗组在口臭、口干、舌苔、口腔菌种及数量的变化方面均明显优于对照组（P ＜0.05），且未对患者产生不良影响。结论自制中药方应用于脑出血术后气管切开患者（痰热互结证），具有多重抑菌抗炎作用，可明显减少口腔内菌种及数量。%objective Investigate the application effect of self-made traditional Chinese medicine prescription of oral care in cerebral hemorrhagepatients,after tracheotomy and with syndrome of phlegm heat. Methods The 60 cerebral hemorrhagepatients,after tracheotomy and with syndrome of phlegm heat,were randomly divided into observation group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases). After identification of symptoms,the observation group was treated with Chinese medicine prescription of oral care,the control group was treated with 2. 5% sodium bicarbonate. The changes of two groups after five days and ten days in bad breath,dry mouth,tongue,oral bacteria and the number, were observed. Results After five days and ten days’oral care,the changes of observation group,in bad breath, dry mouth,tongue,oral bacteria and the number,were significantly better than the control group(P < 0. 05)and have no adverse effects on patients. Conclusion The self - made traditional Chinese medicine prescription of oral care is applicable and effective in cerebral hemorrhagepatients,after tracheotomy and with syndrome of phlegm heat.
